Foundation for Louisiana is hosting its second training on the Citizen’s Guide to Land Use and the Citizen’s Guide to Urban Design on Saturday, June 23 from 10 AM to 1:30 PM at the Norman Mayer Branch Library, 3001 Gentilly Blvd. This training will help residents become experts in land use planning and urban design issues and further understand the participation process, to better equip them to be leaders in their community.
