Beginning at the Front Gates of Armstrong Park on N. Rampart St.

The Friends of Lafitte Corridor, a local grassroots group advocating for the creation of a greenway along three miles of decommissioned rail line in the heart of New Orleans, invite you to hike the greenway, envision the possibilities, and meet some members of the planning team that will help make those possibilities a reality.

Hat, sunscreen, water and tennis shoes (not flip-flops!) are recommended. Light lunch provided at Massey’s Professional Outfitters, and transportation will be provided back to the starting point.
