Letter To City Council On TIF Vote
To: “Oliver Thomas” , “Eddie Sapir” , “Renee Gill Pratt”
Councilmembers,
I am highly disappointed that you did not heed the majority voice of your constituents, mine included, when you voted to approve the TIF sweetheart deal for HRI. The Urban Conservancy calls you an “electocracy.” I think the term fits in this instance. But Democracy will prevail: you don’t represent me, I don’t vote for you.
