Looking for a New Orleans Coffee Shop Owner

Sirs,

I found you through a site about saving New Orleans Coffee Houses from the Seattle visigoths. That was 2004. It appears the real menace sneaked up from behind. I would like to try and do my part to help mitigate the damage done by Katrina by offering a relocation option for one of New Orleans’ idle enterprises.

I have a recently remodeled commercially zoned building on Interstate 35 in San Marcos, Texas. I am a licensed General Contractor and can expedite any and all required improvements between now and January.

There are 110,000 vehicles driving by on an average day. Our location is just before northbound entrance ramp #206. By January of 2007 we will convert the current use into a coffee shop. We are looking for someone with New Orleans Coffee Shop experience who is interested in developing and operating the business once we complete the facilities.

Starbucks has a new store at exit 200, very inconvenient, and another one is planned for exit 217 this year. This location is very convenient for drivers on their way to work in Austin (twenty miles away) from most of San Marcos, and Highways 80 and 12 that feed the frontage road in front of the property. We have rights to a sign up to 260 square feet to an elevation of 42.5 above the road bed. Next door is a very busy Mexican Restaurant, Behind the property is an RV Park. We own the park, and can provide temporary housing for your entire staff if necessary.

You can find us at sanmarcossprings.com

I would be glad for you to forward this message to anyone you think might be interested.

Regards,
