New Orleans Food Co-op Plans Grocery
Hello Co-op friends!! The New Orleans Food Co-op will be opening a small retail grocery in the Marigny/Bywater neighborhood very soon. We are looking for volunteers to assist us before and after we open. We are looking for people with experience with operating or working at a grocery or those who have accounting/bookkeeping/business experience. We are looking for people who are willing to contact other co-ops to ask for assistance with placing our first order.
Also, once we are open we will be looking for people who are interested in signing up for a volunteer shift. We will need people to operate a cash register, stock shelves, clean, etc.
