Bryan B. Smith, E.I.
Bryan B. Smith, E.I. is a New Orleans transplant from Ohio. He works as a project engineer at Pivotal Engineering where his projects topics include water/wastewater, solid waste(e.g. landfills, recycling, industrial), site remediation and permitting. He is skilled in using AutoCAD Civil3D. He has joined the Urban Conservancy (UC) Board of Directors to provide technical input on UC projects and to support community initiatives. Specifically, he is interested in growing the region’s workforce (crime reduction by job creation), educating youth and adults about water and strengthening the relationship between government, industries and communities.
On the weekends, Bryan can be found performing live music on or around Frenchman Street or Bourbon Street (guitar, bass and keyboard). Also, he is a die-hard Cleveland Browns fan (and a Saints fan when they aren’t planning Cleveland) as well as a New Orleans Pelicans fan (Anthony Davis for MVP!).
As a passionate musician and environmental engineer, Bryan has found his soul mate in the essence of New Orleans. He knew that New Orleans was home the first time he heard someone say, “Laissez les bon temps rouler!”
