LPB Features FYI and Green Infrastructure

For a recent edition of “The State We’re In,” Louisiana Public Broadcasting‘s Kara St. Cyr interviewed Urban Conservancy Executive Director Dana Eness in the front yard of an FYI Program participant about the green infrastructure local stormwater management company Mastodonte installed there and the specific ways it helps make our city less flood-prone. 

The discussion touches on the impact of using native plants in landscaping, the perils of over-paving, and the importance of Living With Water.
